How do I place a rental order?
When should I place my rental order?
Can I make revisions to my order after it’s been submitted?
You may make revisions to your order by close of business, at least 2 days prior to delivery.
If you have an account on our website, you can make revisions by doing the following:
- Log into My Account.
- Go to the Upcoming Events section.
- Select the order you’d like to revise.
- Complete your revisions.
- Continue the online checkout process.
If you don’t have an account on our website, you can request revisions by live chat, by email at info@micerentals.com, or by phone at +91 9999035999. Please have your Order Number ready (eg. E0123456).
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account on our website, you can check the status of your order by logging in and viewing your orders.

What states do you service?
Our standard delivery area includes the following states in India:
- Delhi NCR
- Mumbai
- Bangalore

Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes, we charge delivery fees/pick up charges that apply to all orders. Orders that require more complex delivery/pick up arrangements may incur additional charges. Please contact Customer Relations Manager at +91 9999035999 for more information.
What other fees may apply to my order?
I’d like different parts of my order to deliver to different locations on-site (i.e. one part delivered to the ballroom, another part delivered to the kitchen, etc.). How can I note this on my order?
You can specify all these details in the other details or instructions field while placing an order.
I’d like different parts of my order to deliver to different addresses. How can I note this on my order?
You can either place multiple orders with different addresses or you can place an order and update our Customer Relations Manager at +91 9999035999 about the same. You will be charged an additional delivery/pickup fee in that case.

Do you set up and dismantle the rental products?
Our delivery/pick-up team will set up and dismantle several of our rental products at no additional charge including temporary structures, AV Installation, dance floors, and platforms, etc.
How can I view product pricing?
You can view products pricing by simply browsing our website. Please be sure to enter the date and zip code of your event location so that you may see pricing specific to that location.
PAYMENT & POLICIES
When is payment due for my order?
We require all clients to pay 100% in advance. Please note that orders will not be released for the delivery without that. Our drivers cannot accept payment upon delivery therefore you need to make full payment at checkout.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards/debit cards (Visa, Rupay, American Express, MasterCard), Cheque, UPI/QR, Wallet and Netbanking.
My business or event is tax-exempt. How can I reflect this on my order?
Please email your tax exempt certificate to our team at info@micerentals.com
I have an international billing address. How do I process payment for my event?
Please email the Customer Relations Manager at info@micerentals.com or give us a call at +91 9999035999 with your Order number and billing address so they can assist with special processing. Please do not email any credit card numbers.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order any time up until 2 days prior to delivery.
Cancelling your order or removing items from your order after that will incur a restocking fee equal to 30% of the price of the items cancelled or removed. Cancelling it on the day of delivery will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
What is your standard rental period?
The price of our rental equipment includes a 24-hours rental period. Please talk to the Customer Relations Manager on +91 9999035999 for any queries regarding the extension.
What happens if I break or misplace something?
While we do not charge a standard breakage fee on our orders, you may incur additional charges for broken or missing items upon pick up. If an item is missing or broken upon delivery, please notify Customer Relations Manager at +91 9999035999 about the same within 24-hours.
What happens if I don’t use part of my rental order?
We do not issue refunds for any unused products.
