Returns & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time up until 2 days before delivery. Cancelling your order or removing items from your order anytime less than 48-hours to your delivery will incur a restocking fee equal to 30% of the price of the items cancelled or removed. Cancelling it on the day of delivery will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Once delivered, an existing order cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order up until 2 days before the agreed date of delivery without any extra cost. You can place a cancellation request either from your Mice Rentals account or by emailing/calling us.

Only items with major defects or non-functionality will be taken-back or replaced. If taken-back, then your refund will be initiated within 7-working days. No items will be taken-back, based on the dimensions as all the dimensions & details are mentioned on the website and you are advised to check the specified details appropriately before placing the order. However, some genuine issues can be discussed over a call, and we may take items back however if pointed out within 24-Hrs of delivery.
